I'm a pretty dull, unusually honest, independent computer support geek who has an artistic side. My main hobby is singing in a chorus, where I also work on the production committee. Prior to its closing, I was heavily involved with an amateur musical theatre group, working onstage, backstage, and on the board of directors.

Musically, I'm a baritone who loves to sing the big ballads, and to sing in harmony. It's helpful for me to have the sheet music to read while singing, though I'm not a skilled reader. I have a very good ear and memory for music, learning my part by hearing how it fits with the others. I'm also a pretty good dancer, but don't ask me to tap, as I am hopeless at it.

My other big hobby is experimenting with graphic design and web site design, which I have often put to use for promoting the chorus or theatre group. You can see the results of my work in these pages. Over the years I've dabbled with photography, music recording and editing, and architectural design.
